Site plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further images made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
